zs777 Platform Agreement

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the zs777 platform at zs777.vu (the "Platform"), you ("User", "Player", or "You") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), together with any additional rules, guidelines, and policies incorporated herein by reference, including the zs777 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease your use of the Platform. zs777 reserves the right to refuse service to any person at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where these Terms are or may be violated.

Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. zs777 will notify registered players of material changes via their registered contact details where reasonably practicable.

Access to and use of the zs777 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• Age: You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. zs777 enforces a strict 21+ policy without exception. zs777 may request age verification documentation at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account suspension pending verification.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion, cooling-off period, or exclusion order whether imposed by zs777 or any other gaming operator or authority.
• Not prohibited by applicable law: You must access and use the Platform in jurisdictions where doing so is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• Acting on your own behalf: You must be acting entirely on your own behalf and not as an agent or trustee for any third party.

To access the full functionality of the zs777 Platform, you must register for an account. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate at all times.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active zs777 account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether concurrently or sequentially using different identity information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. zs777 may merge accounts and forfeit any balances arising from multiple account operations.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify zs777 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. zs777 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials, subject to any obligations imposed on zs777 under applicable law.

3.3 Verification

zs777 reserves the right to require identity verification at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or in response to a security concern. Acceptable verification documents include government-issued national identity documents, passports, and proof of address as specified at the time of request.

All deposits and payments on the zs777 Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, and Meezan Bank Transfer.

• Deposit processing time: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically reflect within 60 seconds. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank typically process within 10–15 minutes during business hours.
• Minimum deposit: Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and are subject to change without prior notice.
• No deposit fees: zs777 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges, for which zs777 accepts no responsibility.
• Own funds: You must only deposit funds that belong to you and that you are legally entitled to use for gambling purposes. The use of funds derived from illegal activities is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.
• Currency: All transactions are denominated and settled in PKR. No foreign currency conversion is performed by zs777.

zs777 reserves the right to reject any deposit at its sole discretion and to reverse any deposit where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

Withdrawals from your zs777 account are subject to the following conditions:

• Verified accounts only: Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have completed identity verification. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests held pending the provision of required documentation.
• Same-method rule: As a general rule, withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is an anti-money-laundering requirement and is not discretionary.
• Processing times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed in under five minutes. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically processed within one hour during business days.
• No withdrawal fees: zs777 does not charge fees on withdrawals. PKR amounts are transferred in full to the nominated account.
• Bonus funds: Withdrawals from bonus balances are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the relevant promotion. Real-money balances earned through play are withdrawable subject to verification requirements.

zs777 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending the outcome of a review where there is a reasonable basis to suspect fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or unresolved identity verification requirements.

zs777 offers various bonuses, promotions, and incentive programmes to registered players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer in addition to the general principles set out in this section.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms. Players should review these carefully before accepting any bonus.
• One bonus per promotion: Unless otherwise stated, each player is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only.
• Validity period: Bonuses that are not used or not wagered to the required level within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the player's account without compensation.
• Abuse: zs777 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom, and to close accounts where a player is found to have exploited promotional structures, engaged in low-risk betting patterns designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play risk, or used multiple accounts to obtain multiple bonus credits.
• Right to modify: zs777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

The following general rules apply to all sports and event betting on the zs777 Platform. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are published within the relevant betting section and form part of these Terms.

• Bet placement: A bet is accepted and confirmed only when an explicit confirmation is displayed by the zs777 system. Bets that are interrupted during placement due to technical failure are not valid unless confirmed.
• Odds: Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to the wager regardless of subsequent market movements.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the time of bet placement. zs777 reserves the right to apply individual account stake limits.
• Void bets: Bets may be voided in the event of a manifest error in odds, event cancellation, or circumstances outlined in the specific market rules. Voided bets are returned at the original stake amount.
• Manifest errors: zs777 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were published as a result of a manifest clerical or technical error. This applies regardless of whether the bet has been settled.
• Match manipulation: Any bet placed in connection with match-fixing, score-fixing, or any other form of sporting fraud will be voided, the associated account suspended, and the matter referred to sporting authorities and law enforcement as appropriate.

In-play betting is subject to additional rules relating to network latency and result finality, published within the in-play betting section of the Platform.

All casino games available on the zs777 Platform — including live dealer games, RNG table games, slot titles, and game show products — are subject to the following general rules. Individual game rules are published within each game and form part of these Terms.

• RNG certification: All RNG-based games on zs777 use certified random number generators independently audited for fairness. Payout percentages (RTPs) are published and updated quarterly.
• Live dealer games: Live casino results are determined in real time by qualified dealers in licensed studio facilities. Video streams are recorded and retained for dispute resolution purposes. Disconnections during live games are handled in accordance with the disconnection policy published in the live casino section.
• Game malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, all bets placed during the malfunction period will be voided and stakes returned. A malfunction voids all pays and plays. zs777 accepts no liability for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zs777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Providing false identity information at any stage of the account lifecycle
• Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identity details
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by zs777
• Colluding with other players in any form — including chip dumping at poker tables or coordinating bets in live dealer games
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities, including manifest errors in published odds
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or copy any component of the Platform
• Money laundering or using the Platform for any purpose connected with criminal activity
• Harassment, threats, or abusive behaviour directed at zs777 staff, dealers, or other players
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN or proxy service for the purpose of circumventing geographic or account restrictions

zs777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that allow players to manage their gaming activity in a healthy and controlled manner. zs777 enforces a strict 21+ age policy and takes its obligations under international responsible gaming standards seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all verified zs777 account holders and take effect immediately upon activation:

• Any resale or commercial use of the Platform or its content
• Any reproduction, duplication, copying, sale, or exploitation of the Platform or any portion thereof
• Any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction tools
• Any framing or use of framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information of zs777

Any unauthorised use of the Platform terminates the licence granted under these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zs777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction where the malfunction is confirmed and documented
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms
• Losses arising from the acts of third parties including payment providers
• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device failures, or other technical issues outside zs777's reasonable control
• Any indirect economic consequences of decisions made based on information published on the Platform

zs777's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable mandatory law provides otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

zs777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 9
• Request by a regulatory or law enforcement authority
• Detection of a conflict of interest — for example, an employee of zs777 or a game provider opening a player account
• Commercial decision by zs777 to cease offering services in a particular jurisdiction

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than a player's breach of these Terms, any real-money balance (net of any applicable bonuses subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the most recently used verified payment method.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting zs777 support. Closure requests are typically processed within 24 hours. Any real-money balance will be returned in accordance with the withdrawal terms in Section 5.

zs777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated to registered players via the contact information held on their account with a minimum notice period of seven (7) days for material changes, except where a shorter period is required by law, regulatory obligation, or urgent security considerations.

The current version of these Terms is always available at zs777.vu/terms-conditions. The effective date of the current version is displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must discontinue your use of the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming licensing standards applicable to the zs777 operator entity. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved amicably through the zs777 support team within 30 days shall be subject to binding arbitration conducted under internationally recognised arbitration rules.

Before initiating formal dispute proceedings, you agree to contact zs777 support in good faith to seek an amicable resolution. The majority of player disputes are resolved at this stage, and zs777 commits to responding to all formal complaints within 5 business days.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect confidential information or intellectual property rights.
